At MooseMail, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we provide refunds for our services.
Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellations will stop future billing but will not generate a refund for the current period.
Credit Package Refunds
Unused credits are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they remain valid in your account until used.
If technical issues prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team for assistance.
Refund Process
To request a refund within the eligible period:

• Include your account email and reason for the refund
• We will process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine are not made in good faith or are an attempt to abuse our refund policy.
Enterprise plans and custom packages may have different refund terms specified in their service agreements.
